- Remove watch movement
- Remove damaged glass and clean the step
- Prepare new glass
- Cut new glass
- Bevel the edges
- Polish the glass
- Basic ultrasonic clean of watch and glass
- Glue in the glass
- Final clean
- Re-assemble the movement and put the back on
